A Bit About Me

I specialize in working with adults—both men and women—as well as teens, helping clients navigate
challenges such as anxiety, depression, sports-related pressures, life transitions, and complex family
dynamics, including the effects of parental divorce.

During our initial sessions, well take time to build rapport and explore what makes you
unique—your interests, passions, and values. In therapy, I focus on creating a comfortable and
supportive space where you can feel understood and valued so that together, we can tailor our work
to meet your needs, balancing immediate concerns with a focus on long-term growth.

Using a strengths-based approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I incorporate
tools like mindfulness, breathwork, and practical strategies to foster self-awareness, resilience, and
emotional well-being. We'll work to understand how your thoughts influence emotions and actions,
empowering you to reframe challenges and approach them with clarity and confidence.

For teens, I provide a relatable and supportive environment to address the unique pressures they
face, such as academic or athletic demands, identity exploration, and navigating relationships. I help
them build emotional intelligence and develop practical tools for coping and growth.

My goal is to empower clients—teens and adults alike—to navigate lifes challenges, prioritize their
well-being, and embrace opportunities for growth. Fluent in both Spanish and English, I bring a
multicultural perspective to my work, ensuring therapy is accessible and meaningful for individuals
from diverse backgrounds. I look forward to helping you explore, grow, and achieve your goals.
